The Journey - Return to your natural rhythm
This retreat is centred around breath as the primary gateway to regulation, release, and reconnection.
Guided breathwork is supported by fascia-focused movement, pressure point release, primal movement, meditation and sound healing — working together to unwind tension, recalibrate the nervous system, and restore natural flow.
Sessions are gentle yet powerful, suitable for all levels, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
About
Each day unfolds through a combination of guided breathwork, primal movement, fascia-focused release, meditation, sound healing, and optional ice bath integration — each serving as a gateway into nervous system regulation and deeper awareness within the body.
These practices are woven together to help unwind long-held tension, improve circulation, and restore natural flow. From building resilience through cold exposure, to softening through breath and sound, the body is supported in both activation and deep restoration.
The approach remains slow, mindful, and adaptable, allowing each guest to move within their own comfort and capacity.
Rather than pushing or striving, this retreat invites you to soften, listen, and let the body recalibrate at its own pace — supported by nature, presence, and intentional rest.

Meet Simon
Simon is an internationally renowned breathwork facilitator guiding deeply embodied experiences through breath, cold exposure, and somatic practices — supporting lasting nervous system regulation, inner clarity, and a more grounded way of being.
His journey into this work began through his own experience with stress, performance, and the quiet realisation that the body holds more than we often recognise.
With over 15 years in the fitness and wellness industry, what began as a personal practice evolved into a deeper exploration of the nervous system — leading him across Asia and Australia to train and facilitate a range of breathwork and somatic modalities.
Since then, he has guided thousands of individuals and trained facilitators across both regions. Simon’s approach is calm, precise, and trauma-informed — creating a space where you can safely release stored tension, regulate your system, and experience meaningful internal shifts, without force.
At this retreat, he will guide breathwork, ice bath integration, sound healing, primal movement, and meditation — supporting a steady return to balance, connection, and lasting transformation.
Guided Reset & Integration Practices
-
Yes. This retreat is designed to be accessible and supportive, whether breath work is completely new to you or already part of your practice. Sessions are guided gently and progressively, with plenty of space to listen to your body and adjust as needed. There is no pressure to “perform” or push — the focus is on awareness, safety and self-connection.
-
The practices are intentionally low-impact and adaptable. Fascia work and pressure point release are introduced in a mindful, non-strenuous way, supporting release rather than effort. Movements are slow, controlled and guided, with options to rest or modify at any time. This retreat is about restoration, not exertion.
-
You’re very welcome. Many people come to this retreat because they’re carrying long-standing tension or discomfort. The work is guided with awareness and care, and you’ll always be encouraged to move within your own limits. You’ll have the opportunity to share any injuries or sensitivities privately with the facilitator so practices can be adapted where needed.
-
This retreat is grounded in embodied, nervous-system-aware practices. While the experience can feel deeply personal and reflective, it is not a therapy program or a religious or spiritual doctrine. The focus is on breath, body awareness, and creating space for regulation, clarity and rest — allowing insights or shifts to arise naturally, without expectation.
-
Every experience is unique, but guests often report feeling more spacious in their body, calmer in their nervous system, and more connected to themselves. Many notice reduced tension, improved breathing patterns, deeper rest and a renewed sense of clarity. This retreat is less about “fixing” and more about creating the conditions for your body to recalibrate in its own time.
-
Not at all. While the retreat is thoughtfully curated as a journey, your autonomy is always respected. You’re welcome to rest, skip a session, or spend time alone whenever you need. Often, the most powerful moments come from listening to what your body is asking for in that moment.
-
The work can be subtle or profound, depending on where you are — but it is never forced. The facilitator creates a calm, well-held environment, with integration woven throughout the experience. You’ll be supported in staying grounded, present and resourced, with plenty of space for rest and reflection.
